EIFS/Stucco
Morris Engineering specializes in leak investigations for Exterior Insulation Finish Systems (EIFS) and Stucco clad buildings. We have experience in multi-million dollar EIFS and Stucco replacement projects, the majority of which had water infiltration cause severe damage to the buildings’ structural components.
Morris Engineering has a team of EIFS Special Inspectors certified in New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.

Drainage & Stormwater Management
Morris Engineering has vast experience with the evaluation and design of drainage and stormwater management systems. We have designed swales and underground stormwater management systems to remediate localized flooding.

Structural Analysis & Design
When a client wants to modify an existing building, Morris Engineering will evaluate the structure, determine new loading criteria, and develop plans for structural modifications in coordination with the client’s architect.
